Oh my gosh! I just came to a huge mental breakthrough and emotional understanding! Okay, I am hype, but I need to calm down. I am truly excited about my recent discoveries when it comes to using the 50.1 Method and analyzing my own mental health. Since creating the 50.1 Method in June of this year, I have been studying my own mental health and others. This has helped increase my own emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence in others. It's amazing! I hope this episode gives an insight to how this process has been for me.
