Episode 34 - Being Happy vs. Being Happier
Monday Oct 12, 2020
Monday Oct 12, 2020
Oh my gosh! I just came to a huge mental breakthrough and emotional understanding! Okay, I am hype, but I need to calm down. I am truly excited about my recent discoveries when it comes to using the 50.1 Method and analyzing my own mental health. Since creating the 50.1 Method in June of this year, I have been studying my own mental health and others. This has helped increase my own emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence in others. It's amazing! I hope this episode gives an insight to how this process has been for me.
Continue to push forward and keep staying strong. No, I am not you, but I am still rooting for you. You got this. You are not alone. Don't forget to join the private DT Nation Facebook Group to join an awesome community!

Thursday Oct 08, 2020
Thursday Oct 08, 2020
Yes! It is okay for you to speak up for yourself! But, it's a lot easier said than done right?
To be honest, I didn't always speak up for myself and even didn't know to muster up the courage to do it. In this episode, I share my thoughts on why I believe it is important to speak up for yourself. No one deserves to be unheard or not listened to. You should be able to voice how you feel and your perspective. You got this!

Wow. DT Nation, you know this is wild. I'm proud to be able to start sharing actual helpful resources when it comes to mental health! Woot woot!
In this episode, I talk with Aisha Khan, a Grant Specialist in the NAMI organization, about mental health, her passion, and what NAMI is all about. Listen, I understand the feeling of resistance when it comes to organizations or actual helpful things. I mean that. I literally never believed there was anyone or anything, especially an organization, that could understand on some level how I feel or what I'm going through.
So please know that you are not alone. If you are looking for helpful and supportive information when it comes to your depression, anxiety, and mental health overall please check out NAMI. A search in Google could impact your mental health. You got this! I'm rooting for you.
